Use Civil Defence, emergency services and local directions; never wait for the app.
Rain & Wind Switch
The offline app does not request location or weather data. Users first inspect real conditions, then consider generic pivots such as a visible path, indoor welcome or adult recheck.
No forecast
The app cannot know rain, wind, cold, darkness, mud or threshold water.
No facility guarantee
An indoor alternative, covered threshold or quiet room may not exist.
Conditions change
A responsible adult rechecks the approach when light, weather or room use changes.
Closing Lantern
Eight temporary facets support a responsible close: people, personal items, shared objects, food edge, furniture, surfaces, routes and adult handoff.
A mark follows action
Light a facet only after the real check is completed.
